  1. hey I'm from Portland - I got a traeger last year and just found this website. Favorite cut of meat off the traeger has gotta be pulled pork! Brisket is good but I worry too much about it! I got an internet-enabled probe and upgraded the controller so I'm pretty happy with the ol traeger - usually I use smoky mountain pellets from cash n carry!
