Pork Tenderloins and Smoked Cajun Brats

    Working on a simple smoke today. Bought a carribean jerk, and peppercorn marinated pork tenderloin, and threw a couple Cajun brats that I made last weekend on the smoker. Q view to follow.

    Haha here you go boys. Let er' eat. Turned out great. No sauce needed. Perfect smoke ring, great flavor and tenderness.
