Hey all, this cook was from a few weeks ago!

Pork tenderloin cooked in the air fryer, was a new experience for me having not done one in the air fryer before, and it was a kinda spur of the moment thing as well!

I will apologize ahead of time, I’m an ol redneck and my photography skills may be less than desirable!

That being said, I was very fortunate in the Christmas gift exchange to be paired up with @Brokenhandle (Ryan). His wife and himself sure went the extra mile on the exchange and it has been a pleasure getting to know them a bit better! Thanks to them both!

Seasoned up the tenderloin with some rub Ryan sent that is local to him! This stuff is VERY tasty!

The rub!

Tenderloin all seasoned up! BTW, I did scrape the plate with the tenderloin before the cook as to not waste any of that good rub! :emoji_wink:

Put in air fryer at 275* til IT of 145*, got away from me a bit... wanted to pull at 141-142* so finished temp would be 145*! Instead, after the 15 minute rest, IT climbed to 148*! *** Note to self, watch things closer!***

Was still tender and juicy, just wished I’d kept a better eye on it!

Couple plated shots with some greens and a bit of ranch dressing!

Was a tasty meal all in all, even going over IT... That rub sure went great with the tenderloin!
Again, a shout out to Ryan... appreciate it man!

Thanks for lookin all!

That looks good. At that temp, 375, you are going to get more carry over, 10° would not be unusual. I would pull them at 135...JJ

That looks good! Nicely done on the tenderloin and would enjoy a plate of that right now!

I think it looks perfect . I've done a lot of roast in my air fryer . They cook fast and easy to over shoot a target temp . I have never had anything that wasn't juicey , even at higher internal temp .
Good lookin meal , nice work .

That looks really good to me Justin. No harm no foul on that one buddy and a nice looking plate.

Looks Awesome, Justin!!
Nice Job!!
Like.

Also, I have to agree with JJ on the carry over:
My Prime Ribs only carry over 1 or 2 degrees, but I cook them at 220°.
Using 375° could carry over more like 8° to 10°.

Nothing wrong with 375°, I only meant to carry over would be more, like JJ said.
I use 350° to 380° on a lot of things in my Air Fryer.
LOL----I don't have that other problem, as my phone hangs on the wall with a cord on it.

Looks great Justin! We haven't used our air fryer alot either so lot's to learn with it yet. Really glad you liked that rub! Put it on some ribs not long ago and it was really good! Your pics look fine to me...at least no feet or toes in the pic like many of us do!
