Fantastic meal David!
We are getting some of the coldest weather that we have had in a long time in a few days. Luckily I have a pork roast in the freezer & I’m gonna get it out for sure. I can only hope mine looks as good as yours!

My sister in-law has a place in Palm Bay and this weekend will be quite cool
down there also, But I would take that compared to ours
