Where is this mystical place called "Pork Butte"?

We have lots of buttes, hills and mountains but none named after something that delicious!

Looking good....I like that basket you put the meat into. Would make it easier to take the cooked butt off smoker.

18 1/2 hours later its finally done. cooked till internal of 160 sat basket and all in aluminum roast pan, covered with for then took internal to 205. came out perfect. that was my first try at it. i can see more in near future. gonna try a brisket next weekend. used about 16 pounds of pellets at 225 degrees for the whole cook.

Looks like it came out great! The basket idea is a good one, I have a couple of those that I smoke nuts in, may have to try one with a butt soon!
