Pork Boston Butt

    I smoked this butt for 10 1/2 hours today. It turned out great. I made up the finishing sauce a little while ago and applied it...I am very happy with my propane conversion to my Brinkmann Vertical so far. Jumping into some good eat'in...Check it out!!!

    Looks great!

    I did a butt today too. Will post shortly. I forgot to take pics of the finished and pulled product. (A senior moment)
