So I swam a whole pork loin in apple juice,1/4 cup salt overnight.Rinsed and then a light amount of Jeff's rub minus the salt with a small amount of Indian Korma sauce and into the MES with a tube of apple dust.The beans are Bush's Original doctored with uncured bacon,chourico and diced onions.All went in and came out at the same time...a little less than three hours.Probably one of the simplest yet most delicious meals I've had in a while.
