Nothing super special.

Smoked at 250 in the MES with a half tube of cherry/apple dust and then a really quick sear on the Q.

The pork itself had nothing but a coating of Indian Korma sauce on it and the slices were topped with baked cinnamon apples.Sides were corn,which gives me trouble on occasion hence the peas being present on the plate and red mashed potatoes with bacon.
