Nice pizza.
As @thirdeye posted what is what?
My avatar is my brother's pizza oven that I haven't finished duplicating.
Wood fired lower unit and stone rack in the upper chamber.
Stone is hot enough to get the entire pizza that wood fired feel with a more brown on the bottom and top

The Pizza's look good to me...JJ

Nice pies, but I'm confused.... where does the pizza cook? Can you get an x-tra crispy bottom?

hello I want to try to explain it.

the oven is heated up to 400 grad Celsius. Then the ashes are cleared out.
The oven is fully insulated and has 6cm thick fireclay stones (schamottesteine). this keeps the temperature very well

The bottom from the pizza is perfect.

Let's see here.... 9/5 X 400°C + 32 = 752 °F
Wow, that will work just fine. Thanks for that.

There are three kinds of people in the world, those that are good with math.... and those that are not.

Looks great, I missed the Celsius and was wondering how 400 deg was hot enough...but I bet 752F is plenty hot enough.

Wow! That’s a great smoker you got there! I’ll go ahead and place an order for pepperoni and jalapeños pizza please!
Great job!!!

Those look amazing! I'm a huge fan of wood-fired pizza. I've started looking at some of the wood pizza stoves on the market but so far having a hard time convincing the CFO that we need another cooker. But I do have a birthday coming up......hmmmm.
