Baked Goulash

The Lady's Aid suppers at the country church had some great hot dishes. My favorite always will be tater tot. I should post my version which adds way more tater tots

As a kid , mom made just the noodles and tomatoes, I still do it that way once in a while.
But loaded like yours is how we do it most times

I had to come back for another look. Man that looks so good. I keeping low carb right now trying to get BS back in control but when I do I am doing this!

I forgot to compliment the school cooks back in the (well my) day. They made some wonderful hotdish meals. Repeat MADE from scratch.
