Normally i dont use probes but i'm getting tired of walking up and down the steps. Using a grilleye pro2, IT right now is 150*. Wind came up the same time the stall did. Going to brown paper wrap at IT 165 and take the butt to 205. FTC for an hour or so then pull for tomorrows eats.
