whats the best way to down load pics? im not leterate on computers at all

There is a little button above the text box when you are typing that looks like a sun hanging over two mountains. Click that button and hit the button that says upload files. Find wherever you downloaded your pictures to your computer and select which picture you want to post. That is one way and the other is to use your phone if that is what you are using to take your pictures. You can take a picture and follow the same process as above. When you select the add a picture button (mountains with sun), you can pick the button that says upload from my device.
