Just what we've always used. Cheese wiz is very common on Philly cheese steak sandwiches.


No it is not very common in the Cheesesteak Capital of the World!!!
It's terrible stuff---Tasteless Grease!!
No offense, but since you put the good stuff in (Provolone)----Oh Well...............
Only Phony Cheesesteak Joints use Whiz.

Other than that, I love the idea of your Cheesesteak Lasagna!!!!

More then likely. Since these sandwiches were around before cheese wiz. Strange though. In NY you're more apt to find them with cheese wiz then provolone. Though I like them either way.
