Beautiful! Just hubs and me. We did a small turkey breast on the kettle and a quarter ham on the mes. Even put a pan of dressing on the gasser. No heating the oven in our sw Florida kitchen. Plenty of rum cake, gingerbread or cookies for dessert. Merry Christmas.
Turned out pretty good for not doing a turkey for while.
Made some NEPA Coal region smoked sausage stuffing in the pressure cooker.
Mrs made some smashed taters and gravy. Just right for the 2 of us. Just a tad pink next to the one leg that was on the door side. Breast IT @ 165, thigh @ 175. Hotter at the back of the grill so i rotated the pan for the last hr.
All clean now. Being in the RV life we have learned to cook with just a few pots/pans, convection oven, air cooker, micro or one the grills. We never have used the stove top or oven, we use an induction top for the pans.
One thing if we ever did a newer 5th wheel i would get one with no island in it. 5 years now in the RV life. Change coming in 2018.
