Had a pork loin and a can of peach pie filling butterflied the loin poured in the filling tied it up and rubbed smoked it on the Uds at 225 for about five hours to IT of 150 wrapped for a few hours and
 
Used a combination of applewood and hickory. Bearcarver's apple stuffed loin was the inspiration. Turned out great
 
Thanks! Think I may use pineapple rings next time less likely too shoot out when I tie it off. Lol
 
Looks great,you can always just make the peaches a topping and glaze the pork as its getting close to done. I love peaches and pork.Thumbs Up
 
That's a good thought. Funny how you can smoke something, love it, and immediately want to reinvent the wheel on your process with all the great suggestions on here. I'm so glad I finely built my Uds and became a member on here
