Made the beans on Saturday to take to a get together on Sunday . Had a bunch of BBB ends in the freezer that were double smoked , so I did the beans in the oven . Then I finish on the stove top to thicken up some . Perfect . These are so good .
Added a slab of ribs for my Saturday supper . I don't do alot of ribs , but found how I like them . Set the MES to 260 . Trim the ribs to fit . Salt , CBP . That's it . In the smoker , light the tube and I go about my business . When I smell roast pork , they're done .

Those beans look great. Thanks for posting the link--somehow I forgot to save it, and now I can try it out.
I'm with you on ribs. They're an infrequent guest at our table.
POINT
Gary
Gary the beans are a meal by themselves . On the ribs , I stopped all the 3 / 4 / 5 ,,,, 6 / 8 / 10 ,,, 12 / 16 / 20 . I just go hot and fast , no wrap . First one that figures out what those numbers mean gets a prize .
