Broke out Oscar some it’s 63 degrees in PA today. Ribs are on. I did have to move him cause the wind in the area I was in was making me fight temps which is not usually on this UDS. I will try to take wrapped and finished pics lol. As long as the beer to get the best of me.

Finished them up tasted great. Slight bit of heat from the hot rub. I also smoked the corn for the Mexican street corn salad.

I have not had it as a cold side either, always a hot/warm dish with Cotija cheese. mmm now I want some street corn.
