The unit is very versatile, you can even use it with a cardboard box. I've used it for cold smoking veggies, cheese, and nuts too. I hope you'll find great use for it. It's all good my friend.

Now I haven't jumped onto the bandwagon yet. I have heard alot of good and not many against the product. I guess I'm still slow and since I have a set-up for low temp smoking I'll wait a little while.
