Oh me too, and it was close, but no cigar. I remember on Christmases when I was younger after my older sister married she decided it was time for her to take over the holiday meal. She'd make Yorkshire pudding and do a prime in the oven, always pull it at 140º, there was always silence at the table as we watched it being cut into. In 1977 I took over that Xmas and did my first prime on the Weber, pulled at 125º. Papa said at the table I was in charge of Xmas dinner from then on.
