Ribs seem to be pretty popular the last couple days. I’m late to the party but these were mind from the 4th. Did it on my kettle with the snake method. A few pieces of apple wood mixed in and rubbed the ribs down with Jeff’s modified rub. Here are the pics. Hope everyone had a good holiday weekend

Thanks jake. These were the biggest baby backs I’ve had in a long time. Got them at meijer. I like St. Louis ribs better but the ones they had there were so thin and not much meat.
