Maybe its not. :( I ran into a guy last year at the Idependence Bowl who had smoked his meat on the way from Oklahoma. It turned out well for him. I should have asked more questions.
Maybe I will have to smoke it before we leave and then hope the smoker keeps it warm on the road.
as long as it's the thin blue we strive for....who would know..maybe the smell....i could picture getting stopped & charged a couple slices of brisket.... rofl
