I recently bought a pull behind smoker and I am wondering if anyone has tips for getting good smoke on the road.

I didn't think it would be legal to have a fire going when you're moving!

Maybe its not. :( I ran into a guy last year at the Idependence Bowl who had smoked his meat on the way from Oklahoma. It turned out well for him. I should have asked more questions.

Maybe I will have to smoke it before we leave and then hope the smoker keeps it warm on the road.

as long as it's the thin blue we strive for....who would know..maybe the smell....i could picture getting stopped & charged a couple slices of brisket.... rofl

doesn't seem like the exhust stack would vent at all. I don't think its even possible. Too much down pressure.
