I just joined the forum after finding it while reviewing gas smokers. Because of this forum, I purchased a Masterbuilt GS30D 2 Door Smoker. Should be here Monday. I have never used a smoker of any kind, but have always wanted to learn. Because of an injury at work, I have the next 3-4 months off, so what better time? I live in Washington State, down by the capitol city of Olympia. Can't wait to start smoking!
