So getting ready to make baskets and dont know if everyone likes hot so I went with the normal on this on will make some hot ones next week since I just bougt a grain fed beef for 80 cents on the hoof

into the 80/20 beef


Couldn't find a helper today so did it all on my own what a pita


and into the smoker at 115* for 1hr to dry damper wide open then smoked in the ampt

with Hickory till 152 cold agian here today 28* out here and already 11:30

Thanks everyone just about done it is below 32 here now about 28 outside so I will just lay on bbqer out side instead of doing a ice bath
