Looks like a great start to the day. In for the final.
On a side note....Still getting used to your name change on here.

Been long day.
IT is at 157

17-20 mph winds not helping and its chilly.

I'm interested in your thoughts on how the Bandera performs, I have no doubt you'll turn out a great product.
Sucks it's windy...

Kentucky weather is pretty fickle in winter. One day might feel like spring, the next, freezing cold. We have a saying, if you don't like the weather in Kentucky, stick around for a few minutes, it'll change.

Dang winds were killing me today.

Finally done. Almost 14.5 hours.
OKJ Bandera (like other smokers) has a little learning curve.

I went a full bare smoke (not wrapped) spritzed with apple cider vin & apple juice every hour or so.

Clean bone.
