Grilled some strips tonight. Marinated in soy sauce/Worcestershire, red pepper flake and garlic. Afterwards sprinkled with kosher salt and course black pepper. Threw it on the pellet smoker at around 400 until IT reached 127 then did a reverse sear. Turned out pretty good. Ribeyes are about the only steak I dont marinate. Just salt and pepper for those.
