this was my overnight smoke of the 16.5 lb brisket

my faithful pup was with me all night

boy did that pecan smoke smell good

even the wife said i smeel good when i came in to nap during the night

What are those plants?  My first reaction was bamboo -- but the tops look wrong for that.
