Just wanted to introduce myself. Have been a member for several years and lurked even longer. I've gotten lots of great information and look forward to being able to contribute. Currently using a 10 year old upright BBQ Grillware from Lowes. Will be building a propane UDS this spring when I'm finished breaking in my new shoulder. Have a 15# bird on this morning with my first try at bacon butter. Looking forward to the result.
