Just want to say hi. Names zombified and I live in NE Wyoming. Have been smokin' for some years but definitely could use a lot of help. I've always used a charcoal/wood smoker and have recently bought all the equip. to make my own sausage (grinder, stuffer, mixer etc.), so I have purchased an inexspensive Cajun Injector electric smoker hoping it will make smoking sausage easier. I'll probably regret starting with a cheaper model, but after all the sausage equip. its all that was inv the budget. I would be very greatful for any tips or help for this type of smoker and after going through just a small amount of threads on this site, I can tell I've come to the right place. So hello everyone and thank you in advance for all your help and advice.

Hello zombified and welcome to the fun.  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!
