Just want to say hi. Names zombified and I live in NE Wyoming. Have been smokin' for some years but definitely could use a lot of help. I've always used a charcoal/wood smoker and have recently bought all the equip. to make my own sausage (grinder, stuffer, mixer etc.), so I have purchased an inexspensive Cajun Injector electric smoker hoping it will make smoking sausage easier. I'll probably regret starting with a cheaper model, but after all the sausage equip. its all that was inv the budget. I would be very greatful for any tips or help for this type of smoker and after going through just a small amount of threads on this site, I can tell I've come to the right place.
