welcome from pa Rod, ya joined a great forum, lots of knowledgeable people here, what kind of smoker do you have. looking forward to seeing some of your smokes. don't worry about your disasters we all had them, I will say smoked disasters are usually pretty tasty anyway.

Welcome from Iowa. And I agree, the disasters are usually still tasty. Years ago when mom made coffee cake she got so upset when the center deflated she said...feed it to the dogs... it was always eaten first, was the best part
