Hello SMF,
I'm Jamie Wargo from southern PA. Going to be looking around to find what type of smoker I want to buy or build. I'm a big hunter, so I do lot of venison- jerky, salami, kielbasa, etc. I do my own deer processing, have grinder, stuffer. Unfortunately, I use the oven. No smoker. I'm a pretty handy builder and I have plenty of room, so I'm debating building versus buying. Thanks in advance.

Well I broke down and bought the 2012 MES 40 from SAMs. It will arrive tomorrow. Very excited. Quick question. Which amnps is recommended for this smoker?
