Hi name Peter live on a boat in Richmond B.C. Can.first mistake bought Masterbuilt smoker ,then rembered not aloud to have Bbq on docks ?So am hanging smoker from Gunnel of boat..Had Iittle Chief smoked a lot of salmon but could not smoke when cold ! Have purchased the book Smoking Meat sounds like a lot of fun.Iam not good at computers ? Excuse 78 in April but fit .Sorry did not mention smoker is propane .Will injoy smoking ,Lots to learn thanks for the site Peter
