Hi all! Thanks for the add! My name is Daniel. I'm from rural Indiana. Never smoked before but I'm now raising American guinae hogs and chickens. I have an old garden shed I'm wanting to turn into a smoker if I can. I plan to use an offset fire box. Look forward to learning more!
