Hi my name is Mike and I live in Portage Lakes south of Akron Ohio. I consider myself a advanced amature smoker. I have a collection of Weber kettles, weber mini,new braunfels offset, 5' rotisserie and a electric smokey mountain. My smoking interest include butts, brisket, ribs{ pork and beef}, beef jerky and venison. Oh and a igrill2 I got for Christmas,
