Newbie to the forum.

Hi everyone.

Steve my name and i'm from Northwest Iowa.

I just got my first smoker here a couple weeks ago and it's a MES 30" and so far i love the thing.

I have done some fatties already and also did some corn beef that turned out awesome.

Looking forward to posting pictures and reading all the great things that get posted on this site.
