Hello all!!! My name is Jayson, I have been smoking for just under a year and I absolutely love it! I have a little kingsford stand up that was super cheap from Walmart. Thinking about getting a newer and bigger one but not sure what to get, any ideas?

Welcome to the forum!! Next smoker you get depends on what you prefer.....electric, wood, gas. Then there are the vertical, offsets, kettles.

Maybe lets us know of your preferences and then you will get tons of help!!

Jayson, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and enjoying your smokes.

Like Sauced said, let us know you preferences and budget.  If you are used to charcoal, and like it, check out a Weber Smokey Mountain (aka WSM).  Probably the best low end smoker on the planet.

Have fun!

Ray

Welcome Jayson! I'll second Ray on the wsm. If you're using charcoal it is pound for pound, dollar for dollar one of the best cookers out there. Glad you're enjoying this fine endeavor and glad you found your way here.

Welcome aboard Jayson!

WSM all the way here too!

22.5 if you can swing it.

Welcome and lots of different opinions here.  Get the one that works for you!!!

I like the charcoal but I was thinking of trying out a gas stand up, haven't really made my mind up yet... Just looking for something that isn't crazy expensive. Like $200 or less
