Good day to you all. I am about to embark on the adventure of becoming a smoker. I am from Michigan's thumb area. I have a Dyna-glo Wide Body Offset charcoal smoker on its way and hope to be smoking by the weekend. I have read a ton of reviews and the threads on the forums here about mod'ing the smoker once it arrives. I ordered all of the materials to mod it once it arrive tomorrow. I am also a homebrewer so I am looking forward to a long summer filled with hops and smoke! :)
