I've been wanting a smoker for years and found a filing cabinet that I was going to convert into a smoker. I told my wife Rhonda that I would be bringing it home in the next few days and need her van. The next night after work she gets home and asks me to unload the groceries. I opened the door to find a Masterbuilt Smoker. I was so excited. I love that woman! I made some salmon jerky that turned out awesome! So far that's the extent of my smoking adventures. Looking for new things to try.
