I just received my first smoker, Char Griller smokin-champ, and decided to join the forum to get recipes, tips, and increase my knowledge of smoking meats. I am VERY GREEN when it comes to smoking meat. I have been grilling for almost 15 years now, but smoking is foreign territory for me. I Can't wait to see what I can learn and try MANY, MANY new things. I'm starting with some chicken thighs this weekend as they seem pretty forgiving. I'll let yall know how they turn out
