I am from Lubbock Texas, and I have recently purchased a Kingsford Sierra BBQ grill with an offset smoker. I have grilled for years but never tried smoking meat and I want to learn how. So after doing some online research I found this site and decided to join it. I will have many questions to ask once I take a look at the site and see what forum would be best. That is all for now I guess.
