Newbie from sd. Amazing jerky

Just saw this forum i been dehydrating jerky for about 4 years now and i believe i have made the best jerky lol. This forum provides good info. And want to say thanks. I have people that demand my jerky lol my secret ingredient is 8 habaneros to about 2.5 pounds of meat lol sounds intense but its amazing with an amazing kick even people who dont enjoy hot stuff are shocked by how amazing it taste and push through there pain of the heat lol. Lookking foward to chatting and trying others recipes.
