Newbie from Maryland!

Hello All!

I'm kind of new to the forum, been researching for a bit.  Was looking to get the MES30, digital with window, then they announced a new model, that according to some folks here, might just be more like their old (GEN1) model, with some better features.  Purchased my cold smoke attachment in anticipation of some kind of MES30 or 40.  Location: Rockville MD.  Can't wait to get some reviews of the new MES, and make my decision.  Window or not, Bluetooth, Remote, or not.    Ahh, the choices!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
