Newbie from Lake Mary, FL

Hi everyone,

I'm an apartment dwelling Newbie living in Lake Mary, Florida.  I just bought a Smoke Hollow #4 Electric Smoker at Gander Mountain and plan to make my initial attempt at smoking a pork tenderloin tomorrow.  I look forward to learning from the more experienced members of the forum.
