Hello, Been smoking for a few years now on a Webber kettle and a lurker of the site getting tips and ideas. I've learned a lot on it and been getting decent results but am looking to get a dedicated smoker. The adventure continues!

For your first smoker you may want to try a Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM).
