Newbie from jersey

Over the summer my buddy and I built a homemade smoker. Using a smoker with temps and times to cook, along with amount of smoke is all new to me. I have a little grip on things but looking forward to the use and help of this site and the knowledge here to advance my skills. Looking forward to being a member.
