Hello fellow smokers . I need help learning how to smoke / Bbq . I'm from Whittier ca. Getting ready to smoke a pork shoulder butt. Any help would be welcomed. What do I inject into the meat ?

Welcome from SC. This is a great site with lots of folks who are always ready to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. As for injecting, I don't inject any meat. If you're not competing, I really don't see a reason. Others may offer another opinion, but that's what keeps the forum going.
