Just build a UDS smoker having given up on a Brinkmann, looking forward to the weekend to try some ribs and maybe a brisket

Do a test run before. Use a cheap meat like chicken.

Got a new Master built Electric smoker from Bass Pro Shop! Any help would be great.

I'm from Nacogdoches Texas, Retired Paramedic,Enjoy Hunting and Fishing! Need advice on Chips or Pellets for my Master Built Electric Smoker. Any info would help? Interested in Jamaican Jerk style of smoking. Thanks a Bunch!
