New to the site

Hey I'm new to the site. I'm Dane Kerley, 24 years old. I live in Charlotte North Carolina and I have a brinkman bullet electric smoker and I got a new 40" masterbuilt electric smoker (the 2nd generation) for Christmas. I've been a manager at Chickfila for 4 1/2 years and worked there for 6 years. I've been smoking meat for about a year now and I'm happy to step up my game and smoker. I also bought a cold smoker kit for the masterbuilt so I can smoke bacon, sausage, and cheese. Really excited to try that. Anyways just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
