Hi everyone, I am Larry from Cupertino, CA, home of Apple computers. I am a long time smoker. I have visited this site many times, lurking in the background, learning new tricks. I own a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker. My smoking expertise includes salmon, brisket, ribs, pastrami, sausage, turkey, chicken, and who knows what else. 

I am a physicist by profession, and have worked in the semiconductor business (Cupertino is part of Silicon Valley) and, lately solar energy. Looking forward to participating in some of the discussions here.
