Hello I am RaiderRon in Bakersfield, CA my neighbor gave me a small charcoal smoker 2 weeks ago and so far I smoked some pork ribs that my wife bought pre-rubbed. I used apple wood that created a great taste. No pics this time but will start on my next experiment
