new to the forum and smoker world

  1. Hello I am RaiderRon in Bakersfield, CA my neighbor gave me a small charcoal smoker 2 weeks ago and so far I smoked some pork ribs that my wife bought pre-rubbed. I used apple wood that created a great taste. No pics this time but will start on my next experiment

    Welcome to the board! Try playing around with chicken, like split breasts or leg quarters.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
